Description
## 1. Beschrijving van de opdracht De BEL Combinatie maakt momenteel gebruik van **Corsa** als data-managementsysteem. Dit systeem ondersteunt het beheren en archiveren van documentstromen en werkprocessen binnen de organisatie. De software en hosting worden geleverd door BCT. De bestaande overeenkomst loopt tot en met **8 januari 2026**. De jaarlijkse kosten bedragen circa **€ 65.000,-** voor licenties en **€ 45.000,-** voor hosting. --- ## 2. Voorgenomen besluit De BEL Combinatie is voornemens de overeenkomst met **één jaar te verlengen**, tot en met **8 januari 2027**. De verlenging is bedoeld om: - De continuïteit van dienstverlening te waarborgen; - Voldoende voorbereidingstijd te creëren voor een nieuwe aanbesteding; - Een heroriëntatie uit te voeren op het toekomstige systeemlandschap, waaronder de afweging tussen een data-managementsysteem of een zaaksysteem. --- ## 3. Motivatie De verlenging betreft een **tijdelijke, eenmalige verlenging** en wordt ingezet om een rech € 65.000,- (licenties) + € 45.000,- (hosting)
