Description

De op te dragen accountantswerkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd met ingang van 1 november 2026. Onder accountantsdiensten worden de volgende werkzaamheden verstaan: 1. Interim-controle (in voorbereiding op de jaarrekeningcontrole incl. IT-controle); 2. Accountantscontrole jaarrekening (inclusief SISA); 3. Natuurlijke adviesfunctie gerelateerd aan de certificerende functie; 4. Werkzaamheden en advies naar behoefte en op afroep. €132.000,- per jaar en €1.056.000,- voor de gehele looptijd. Looptijd van 4 jaar met twee keer 2 jaar verlenging (maximaal 8 jaar).
