Description
Het verzorgen van de schoonmaakdienstverlening en de glasbewassing van 12 scholen, verdeeld over 3 percelen (Stichting Promes, VOMEO en Het Palet). Het totaal aantal schoon te houden vloeroppervlak bedraagt ca. 40.700 m2. Het totaal aantal m2 glasbewassing dubbelzijdig gemeten bedraagt ca 21.800 m2. Vanwege de aflopende Overeenkomst, de verplichting tot het Europees aanbesteden van de Opdracht, de doelmatige besteding van gemeenschapsgelden en de wens van de Aanbestedende dienst om voor de locatie(s) van Opdrachtgever één Overeenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer te sluiten (per perceel), is besloten om deze Aanbestedingsprocedure te starten. De Aanbestedende dienst gaat voor de dienstverlening schoonmaakonderhoud en glasbewassing per 1 november 2025 een Overeenkomst aan.
