Description
Østfold Avfallssortering IKS (ØAS) intends to enter into a contract with Inspiria Science Centre AS (org.nr. 893980482) applicable specialised training services. The contract will be directly awarded in accordance with the exception for procurements without a competition, where competition is impossible for technical reasons and where the tenderer has sole rights, cf. the procurement regulations § 13-4 letter b alternatives 2 and 3.
