Description
Aanleiding van de Tender De UM heeft behoefte aan de levering van vloeibaar helium. Doel van de Tender: Het doel van deze Tender is het aangaan van een Raamovereenkomst met de partij die als economisch meest voordelige inschrijver, op basis van de beste prijs-kwaliteit verhouding (EMVI-BPKV) zoals omschreven in de aanbesteding wordt aangemerkt. De initiële duur van de Raamovereenkomst is twee (2) jaar, waarbij twee (2) keer de mogelijkheid bestaat om de Overeenkomst met één (1) jaar te verlengen. De maximale contractduur bedraagt derhalve vier (4) jaar.
