Gegenstand des Leistungsverzeichnissses sind die kompletten Fassadenarbeiten der Bauschritte 2.1 und 2.2. Die Hauptmassen stellen sich wie folgt da: Alu-Fenster ohne Brandschutz (1020 x 2050), (32/37 dB): 28 Stück Alu-Fenster FR90 (1240 x 1550): 1 Stück Alu-Türelemente als hochgedämmtes Türsystem (1-flg./ 2-flg.): 5 Stück Alu-Fassaden-System, selbsttragend über 2 Geschosse: ca. 530 m² Fensterband als Aluminium Blockfenstersystem: ca. 112 m² Fassadenwandbekleidung mit Alu-Elementen mit Wärmedämmung 160 mm: ca. 118 m² Rolladenarbeiten (Fenster-System-Raffstore): 23 Stück Außenraffstore für Fensterelemente in Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade: 34 Stück
