Visit Turku Archipelago Oy kilpailutti talous- ja palkkahallinnon kokonaispalvelut. Taloushallintopalveluja tarjoavalla organisaatiolla tuli olla resurssit tarjota kaikki palvelut (palkanlaskenta, kirjanpito) saman organisaation sisältä toiminnan tehokkuuden varmistamiseksi. Hankinnan kohde kuvattiin tarkemmin osallistumispyynnön liitteessä 1.
