Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy hallinnoi noin 55000 asuntoa Helsingissä. Heka tarjoaa asukkailleen mahdollisuuden hankkia vuokra-asuntoonsa viilentävä ilmalämpöpumppu. Hankinta toteutetaan valitun toimittajan ja Hekan välisenä käyttöoikeussopimuksena kahden (2) vuoden määräaikaiselle sopimuskaudelle. Hankintaan sisältyy kaksi yhden (1) vuoden optiokautta.
