Description
Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) kilpailutti kohteittensa pihojen viheralueiden hoidon ja kunnossapidon. Hankinta on jaettu neljään (4) osa-alueeseen (etelän, idän, lännen ja pohjoisen huoltoalueet). Jokaiseen osa-alueeseen valittiin yksi palveluntuottaja. Varsinainen sopimus on voimassa kaksi (2) vuotta sopimuskauden alkamispäivästä lukien. Tilaajalla on oikeus jatkaa sopimusta kahdella (2) kerrallaan yhden (1) vuoden mittaisella optiolla varsinaisen sopimuskauden päättymisestä lukien.
