Rangovas įsipareigoja per Sutartyje nustatytus Darbų atlikimo ir Statybos užbaigimo terminus, laikydamasis Darbų vykdymo grafiko, Sutartyje nustatytomis sąlygomis atlikti, perduoti ir užbaigti Viešojo paviljono su automobilių saugykla M. K. Čiurlionio g. 25, Kaune, statybos darbus pagal parengtą Techninį projektą („Viešojo paviljono (administracinės paskirties pastato) su automobilių saugykla M. K. Čiurlionio g.25, Kaunas statybos projektas“) ir suteikti Darbams atlikti būtinas Inžinerines paslaugas, kaip numatyta Sutartyje, bei ištaisyti po Darbų atlikimo termino nustatytus defektus
