Hankinnan kohteena on videotuotantopalvelut. Videotuotantopalvelut voivat olla laajamittaisia “avaimet käteen -tuotantoja”, osittaista projektijohtamista, alan ammattilaisten palveluita, joita tarvitaan tuotantokokonaisuuden konseptointiin, suunniteluun ja toteutukseen tai muita erikseen sovittavia videoviestinnän ja –tuotantojen palveluita. Lisäksi hankinta sisältää mahdollisuuden lisäpalveluiden ostoon.
