Afdelingen består af 111 lejligheder, fra 1 til 4 værelser og ejendommen er opført i 1979. Afdelingen skal have renoveret klimaskærm, herunder tag, altaner, facade, vinduer og døre, samt badeværelser og vandinstallationer. Herudover skal afdelingen også have ombygget 8 supplementsrum til 1-værelses lejligheder. Der skal desuden etableres solcelleanlæg på taget.
