Vorgehängte hinterlüftete Fassade als abgewandeltes Holzgefach-System sichtseitig als Lamellenschalung (416 m²) und Flächenschalung (239 m²) auf Massivwand (EG) und BSH-Wand (OG) bestehend aus KVH-Konstruktionsebene ausgedämmt mit Mineralfaser (160 mm , WLS 035), davorliegende Trägerlage ausgedämmt mit Holzwolldämmplatten (40 mm, WLS 040), Hinterlüftungsebene mit Konterlattung (40 mm) und Holzlamellen bzw. Mehrschichtplatten auf Holzunterkonstruktion Im Bereich von Fenstersturz und Attika.
