Description
Municipalities are responsible for organising clinical veterinary emergency services , cf. the Norwegian Animal Health Personnel Act § 3 a. This procurement is for the delivery of veterinary emergency services for small animals in the veterinary districts of Karmsund, Tysvær, Etne and Vindafjord. The Karmsund and Tysvær districts consist of several municipalities. The districts have established a veterinary emergency service for small animals in order to relieve the emergency services for production animals.
