Description
Deze opdracht heeft als voorwerp het afsluiten van diverse verzekeringscontracten voor Mirom Menen. De verzekeraar wordt erop gewezen dat de voorwaarden vermeld in dit bestek, steeds voorrang hebben op zijn algemene voorwaarden of op de voorwaarden vermeld in de polis. Specifieke bepalingen van het bestek zullen derhalve moeten opgenomen worden in de polissen die naderhand zullen opgesteld worden.
