Description
Doel van dit aanbestedingstraject is om een Overeenkomst af te sluiten voor het leveren van een SaaS-oplossing t.b.v. de wijkteams, d.w.z. een applicatie ten behoeve van de frontoffice en de backoffice ter ondersteuning van de uitvoering van de Jeugdwet en WMO, licenties en het beheer (onderhoud en support) daarvan, alsmede (support bij) implementatie en installatie en training. Het betreft het ondersteunen van de melding, indicatiestelling, regievoering en de financiële afhandeling. Het betreft hier nadrukkelijk geen maatwerk software maar COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) software, welke dus niet specifiek ten behoeve van Opdrachtgever is ontwikkeld.
