Description
De aanbesteding betreft de levering van versproducten. De definitie van Versproducten, die binnen deze aanbesteding wordt gehanteerd is: Alle voedingswaren (eten en drinken) met een houdbaarheid van maximaal zes weken en diepvriesproducten, ten behoeve van (patiënt-)catering en restaurant. Binnen de Opdracht is onderscheid gemaakt tussen meerdere percelen, namelijk: • Perceel 1: Aardappelen, Groente en Fruit (AGF) • Perceel 2: Wild, Gevogelte, Vlees, Zuivel en overige producten • Perceel 3: Vis • Perceel 4: Brood en Banket De waarde van de opdracht wordt op jaarbasis per perceel geschat op: Perceel 1: € 447.903 (excl. btw) Perceel 2: € 1.534.114 (excl. btw) Perceel 3: € 89.248 (excl. btw) Perceel 4: € 106.643 (excl. btw)
