Description

De Opdracht betreft het ontwerp en de implementatie van een nieuwe telefonie-omgeving op basis van Microsoft Teams Phone System, waarbij het Contact Center integraal onderdeel van deze omgeving uitmaakt en telefonie incl. Contact Center overal en altijd bruikbaar wordt. Zie ook hoofdstuk 3.2 Gewenste situatie.
