Description
RUD Utrecht heeft het voornemen de in 2020 Europees aanbestede (EA Inhuur handhaving en toezicht t.b.v. RUD Utrecht PB/S nummer2020/S 123-301654) raamovereenkomsten met de percelen genoemde ondernemers vanwege de fusie tussen RUD Utrecht en Omgevingsdienst Regio Utrecht (ODRU) tot uiterlijk 1 januari 2026 te verlengen. Indien belanghebbenden, ondanks de bijgevoegde motivering, bezwaar wensen te maken tegen de voorgenomen procedure, dienen zij binnen twintig (20) kalenderdagen (vervaltermijn) na publicatie van deze aankondiging een kort geding aanhangig te maken bij de rechtbank Midden-Nederland, ter attentie van locatie Utrecht, Vrouwe Justitiaplein 1, 3511 EX Utrecht, Nederland.
