Description

Die Parteien verbindet ein geschlossener Ingenieurvertrag zur Erbringung von Ingenieur- und Gutachterleistungen zur Grundwassersanierung am Standort des ehemaligen Gaswerks Frankfurter Straße in Darmstadt. Da sich der Leistungszeitpunkt für verschiedene Leistungen über das Jahr 2024 hinaus verschiebt haben beide Parteien beschlossen den Vertag, bis zum 31.12.2025 zu verlängern
