Verschwenkung Cannstatter Straße zwischen Heilemann- und Villastraße als Vorbamaßnahme für den Kanalbau. Für die Verschwenkung muss die Mittelinsel in der Cannstatter Straße vollständig rückgebaut und befestigt werden.
