Description

Der Landkreis Rhön-Grabfeld beabsichtigt als zuständige Behörde (Art. 8 Abs. 3 BayÖPNVG i.V.m. § 8a Abs. 1 Satz 2 PBefG), einen öffentlichen Dienstleistungsauftrag (ÖDA) über öffentliche Personenverkehrsdienste mit Kraftfahrzeugen zu vergeben. Gegenstand der Vergabe sind sämtliche öffentlichen Personenverkehrsdienste des fahrplanfreien Linienbedarfsverkehrs (On-Demand-Verkehr / ODV) gemäß § 44 PBefG namens „callheinz“ im Bedienungsgebiet Streutal im Landkreis Rhön-Grabfeld. Die Linienbedarfsverkehre können mit Kraftfahrzeugen durchgeführt werden.
