La consultation porte sur les prestations désignées ci-après : VÉRIFICATIONS RÉGLEMENTAIRES INITIALES ET EN EXPLOITATION DES INSTALLATIONS DES BÂTIMENTS DU CENTRE DÉPARTEMENTAL DE L'ENFANCE DU DÉPARTEMENT DU VAR - RELANCE APRÈS DÉCLARATION SANS SUITE Le financement de la prestation est assuré par le budget départemental. Du fait de l'accueil d'enfants, des contraintes spécifiques doivent s'appliquer pour la maintenance des installations. Une visite des lieux est donc obligatoire. (détails à l'article 1 du RC) Il sera conclu un accord-cadre mono-attributaires à prix mixtes avec une partie forfaitaire et une partie à prix unitaires conformément aux articles R . 2162-1. à R. 2162-6. - R. 2162-13. et R. 2162-14. du CCP. Les prestations de la partie à prix unitaires sont susceptibles de varier, par période d'un an, dans les limites suivantes : Montant minimum : sans minimum Montant maximum : 60 000 euro(s) HT
