Description
De opdracht betreft het selecteren en contracteren van twee partijen voor het leveren, verzorgen en coördineren van verhuizingen, inclusief alle daarvoor benodigde transport-, logistieke- en verpakkingsmiddelen, zowel intern (binnen de panden) als extern (tussen de panden, Universiteit Leiden-locaties en externe locaties). De locaties van Universiteit Leiden worden in bijlage A ‘Campusmap’ weergegeven. Universiteit Leiden behoudt te allen tijde het recht om kleine verhuizingen zelf intern te organiseren. De gevraagde verhuisdiensten hebben o.a. betrekking op: • Kantoorwerkplekken (meubilair, boeken(kasten), communicatie- en computerapparatuur); • Laboratoria/onderzoeksruimten (o.a. vriezers, laboratorium materiaal, etc.); • Bibliotheeklocaties (o.a. boeken, archieven, schilderijen, landkaarten, meubilair); • Archiefruimtes; • Collecties; • Kunst en antiek; • Onderwijsruimten/collegezalen (meubilair); • Computerruimten (Pc's en meubilair); • Magazijn/opslagruimten; • Technische werkplaatsen; • Openbare ruimten (restaurant, sportcentrum); • Geconditioneerde opslag; • Inzet van een handyman t.b.v. kleine klussen.
