Description
Der Auftraggeber, die Gemeinde Pasching, beabsichtigt die Errichtung des Bildungsquartiers Langholzfeld in der Gemeinde Pasching. Alle 06_Beilagen sind zu beachten (06_Beilagen: Bauetappen, Musterraumprogramm MS Stand 08.05.2018, Mappe). Es ist geplant das Bauvorhaben in 3 Bauetappen umzusetzen: BA I MS Langholzfeld, BA II Kindergarten, BA III Turnsäle. Auftragsgegenstand ist die eigenverantwortliche technische und kommerzielle Abwicklung des gesamten Bauvorhabens einschließlich der baulichen Umsetzung durch einen Totalübernehmer.
