Description

Als zuständiger Aufgabenträger beabsichtigt der Landkreis Schwandorf mit Wirkung zum 16.12.2026 die Vergabe eines öffentlichenDienstleistungsauftrags für Verkehrsleistungen im Landkreis Schwandorf mit einer Dauer von 6 Jahren zur Durchführung von Rufbusverkehrenauf den BAXI-Rufbus-Linien 8401 bis einschließlich 8412 auf dem Gebiet des Landkreises Schwandorf. Jede Linie stellt dabei eineigenständiges Los dar. Die Vergabe der Verkehrsleistung erfolgt als losweise Vergabe, bei welcher jede Linie ein vollständiges Los darstelltund nur als Gesamtleistung je Los vergeben wird (vgl. § 8a Abs. 2 Satz 4 i. V. m. § 13 Abs. 2a Satz 2 PBefG).
