Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags ist die Erbringung von Verkehrsleistungen für ein Jahr ab dem 1.1.2025 mit verschiedenen Bustypen als Nachunternehmer im Stadtbusverkehr Emden auf den Linien 1, 2, 3 sowie ergänzenden Linien im Schülerverkehr.
