Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags/Loses ist die Erbringung von Verkehrsleistungen mit PKW als Nachunternehmer im AST-Verkehr Emden im Anrufsammeltaxi („AST“) im Tagesverkehr (Conrebbersweg, Seeschleuse, VW-Werk) und im Schwachlastverkehr (gesamtstädtisch).
