Description
Vergabe der Unterhaltsreinigung für 43 Objekte im Bestand der SBK Sozial-Betriebe-Köln gemeinnützige GmbH, darunter Pflegeeinrichtungen, Verwaltungsgebäude und weitere genutzte Liegenschaften. Die Leistung umfasst die tägliche bzw. regelmäßige Reinigung nach objektspezifischen Vorgaben. Genereller Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.02.2026 die Leistungserbringung startet Zeitversetzt zum: 01.02.2026, 01.05.2026, 01.08.2026 und 01.11.2026.

- Price — Gesamtangebotspreis laut Angebot, inklusive aller Preisblätter. Niedrigster Preis erhält die volle Punktzahl.
- Quality — Bewertung der innovativen, umsetzungsbezogenen, qualitätssichernden und mitarbeiterorientierten Konzepte.
- Quality — Bewertung der Effizienz der Reinigungsleistung anhand der angegebenen Leistungswerte im Verhältnis zum Referenzwert.
- Quality — Bewertung der technischen Lösung zur Aufbereitung und Dokumentation der Reinigungstextilien (Automatisierungsgrad und Steuerbarkeit).
