Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung von Beratungsleistungen im Rahmen der Wasserschutzzusatzberatung. Die Beratungsleistung ist in vier Blöcke unterteilt: Block 1: Erhebung, Aktualisierung und Auswertung von Grundlagendaten; Block 2: Umsetzung der Beratung; Block 3: Begleitende Untersuchungen und Versuche; Block 4: Erfolgskontrolle für den Wasserverband Bremervörde
