Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens sind die Leistungen der Brandschutzplanung der Leistungs-stufe 1. Die weiteren Projektstufen werden optional beauftragt. Dem Auftraggeber wird insoweit ein einseitiges Optionsrecht zur Beauftragung eingeräumt. Ihre Beauftragung hängt von der Fortführung des Projekts, insbesondere der endgültigen Bewilligung der För-dermittel und der Zustimmung des Gesellschafters der LSO GmbH, ab.
