Description
Die abzubrechende Fläche des Baukörpers mit dem 6-geschossigen Westflügel und dem zweigeschossigen Funktionsbereich weist ca. 8.400m² BGF auf. Diese Kubatur hat ein gebautes Volumen von ca. 28.820 m³ BRI. Im Zuge der Demontage der Fassadenelemente ist entsprechend des Rückbaufortschritts Gerüst erforderlich. Zur Sicherstellung von Flucht- und Rettungswegen ist ein Schutztunnel von ca. 30m erforderlich.
