Description

Die Innovationszentren Hamm GmbH als Tochterunternehmen der Impuls. Die Hammer Wirtschaftsagentur GmbH lässt in Hamm direkt neben dem Campus der Hochschule Hamm-Lippstadt ein Innovationszentrum („IZH“) bauen. Das IZH soll Gründern und jungen Unternehmen Büro- und Arbeitsflächen zur Verfügung stellen. Neben der Möglichkeit für Start-Ups, sich ein Büro zu mieten, werden auch flexibel zu buchende Co-Working-Arbeitsplätze angeboten. . Um die Büros und Co-Working-Plätze mit einer adäquaten Internetverbindung bzw. Datenleitung zu versorgen, soll eine passende Serverinfrastruktur im Gebäude installiert werden. Die hierfür vorgesehene Raumeinheit muss von dem oder den künftigen Auftragnehmern mit einem Doppelboden (Los 1) ausgestattet werden. Ferner ist die Serverinfrastruktur/Elektroversorgung (Los 2) sowie die Klimatechnik (Los 3) für den Serverraum einzubringen. Die Gesamtaufgabe wird in Lose aufgeteilt, wobei die Bieter auf ein Los oder mehrere Lose bieten konnten.
