Description
In Alkmaar en omgeving zijn door Alliander op dit moment drie locaties in gebruik. We beogen de locaties samen te voegen tot 1 nieuwe locatie om de samenwerking nog makkelijker te maken, meer vanuit één team de taak als netbeheerder in de energietransitie te kunnen vervullen en behoud van personeel maximaal te ondersteunen. Hiervoor hebben we een nieuwe locatie aangekocht aan de Jan Ligthartstraat 1 in Alkmaar, waar een bestaand kantoorgebouw op staat dat we willen aanpassen en waar nieuwbouw dient plaats de vinden van bedrijfsruimte. Daarnaast komt er een Logistiek Steunpunt (afgekort een LSP) voor de storings- en projectenorganisatie van Liander. Dit betreft nieuwbouw en is beoogd op hetzelfde perceel naast het bestaande kantoorgebouw. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het vinden van een partij die zowel de verbouwing en verduurzaming van het kantoorgebouw kan realiseren alsook de nieuwbouw van het magazijn met een parkeerdek inclusief de verharding voor transport, parkeren en een afvalstraat.
