Description
Het doel van de aanbesteding is het sluiten van een Overeenkomst met de Opdrachtnemer voor de realisatie van vervangende nieuwbouw en renovatie van een monumentaal museum in Utrecht. De opdracht omvat: - Verduurzaming gehele complex; - Sloop bestaande aanbouw voorgevel (trappenhuis en lift) en realisatie nieuwe entree aan de Lange Nieuwstraat; - De sloop van de bestaande corridor/ loopbrug op de 1e verdieping aan de noordzijde in de Pandhof; - De realisatie van de noordelijke galerij op de begane grond in de Pandhof; - Maken van openingen in de west-, en oostgevel van de Pandhof; - Renovatie / herindeling Stratenmakershuisje; - Sloop en vervangende nieuwbouw serre auditorium; - Sloop en vervangende nieuwbouw / herinrichting tentoonstellingsgebouw / Grachtenpand; - Realisatie / herinrichting benedenfoyer met daklicht; - Realisatie trappenhuis met lift en toiletgroep op begane grond en eerste verdieping op binnenplaats tussen Kloostergebouw en Zuilenstraat; - Vaste inrichting van het i Ca. 8.040 m² BVO
