Description
Gjemnes municipality shall establish a framework agreement for a service agreement for ventilation services and security guard stand-by 24/7 of the municipal buildings in Gjemnes municipality. This includes both renovation as well as repairs and maintenance of existing buildings and minor new buildings as well as an option for a filter procurement agreement. The contract shall cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing needs. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract subject to verbatim terms for up to 2 years, so that the total possible length of the contract is 4 years. The contract period is 2 years.
