Sie betreibt das Freizeitbad MonaMare, das umgestaltet, erweitert und saniert werden soll. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Estrich-, Fliesen- und Abdichtungsarbeiten die auf Basis der Planung und der Bestandsgutachten ohne Spezialabdichtung ausgeführt werden können gemäß Leistungsverzeichnis.
