Description
VRT wenst een overeenkomst af te sluiten voor de aankoop van VDI connection broker software. De VDI connection broker zal gebruikt worden voor de Remote editing workflows binnen de VRT postproductie-afdeling en bij uitbreiding voor andere grafische media workflows. De connection broker zal het toegangsplatform voor eindgebruikers zijn om de workstation-capaciteit te verdelen, connecteren en te monitoren binnen de postproductie-afdeling. De aankoopprocedure omvat enkel de aankoop en jaarlijkse vernieuwing van de softwarelicenties voor een VDI connection broker software. VRT beschikt reeds over een VDI remote Protocol (HP Anyware & Zcentral Remote boost). VRT gebruikt in de huidige configuratie Leostream connection broker.
