Description
Gemeente Alkmaar, hierna te noemen: “de gemeente”, heeft besloten een Europese Openbare aanbesteding te organiseren voor Vastgoedinformatiesysteem inclusief uitvoering MJOP . Het gaat hierbij om één Opdracht in twee van elkaar afhankelijke onderdelen: Het leveren van vastgoedinformatiesoftware om onder andere de MJOP gerelateerde data in te beheren. Met behulp van voornoemde vastgoedinformatiesoftware uitvoering van dienstverlening omtrent de inspectie van gebouwen, gebouwgebonden installaties en de te leveren producten. Dit op basis van de genormeerde conditiemeting NEN 2767, waaronder een meerjarenonderhoudsplanning (hierna: MJOP) per object. 1000000
