Description
Se vor achiziționa Servicii pentru Vânzarea titlurilor de călătorie prin serviciul de mesagerie scurtă (SMS) pentru o perioadă de 24 luni de la data semnării contractului. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicitata clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor - 10 (zece) zile. Entitatea contractantă va transmite răspunsul consolidat în a 6 (sase) zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor sau punctual.
