Hankinnan kohteena oli valtakunnallinen henkilöliikennetutkimus 2025 tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä määritellyn mukaisesti. Puitejärjestelyssä mukana olevat kaupunkiseudut ja niiden kaikki kustannuksiin osallistuvat tahot (osallistujat) oli kerrottu tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. SOPIMUSKAUSI Puitesopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena 30.6.2028 saakka.
