Olemasoleva välisukse (kaitsealune uks) on vajalik säilitamiseks restaureerida Tööde teostamise tähtaeg on 1 (üks) kuu tellimuse esitamisest. Objektiga tutvumine kohustuslik, hilisemaid pretensioone ja hinnamuutusi ei rahuldata. Objektiga tutvumiseks on kindel kuupäev 10.07.2026 kell 10:00 aadressil Sakala 1, Tallinn. Selleks peab pakkuja ennast eelnevalt registreerima läbi RHR-i teabevahetuse hiljemalt 09.07.2026 kell 15:00.
