Description
Die Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena beabsichtigt für Ihre wissenschaftliche Tätigkeit die Erweiterung und Erneuerung eines (1) Vakuumsystems, welches für die Halterung und Ionenimplantation von Wafern (Halbleiterscheiben) mit Durchmessern von bis zu 100 Millimeter geeignet ist und welches die folgenden Komponenten enthält und technischen Leistungsparameter mindestens erfüllen muss. Die Vergabestelle behält sich vor Angebote über einem Gesamtauftragswert von 202.000,00 Euro netto von der Wertung auszuschließen. Liegen alle Angebote über dieser Grenze, ist die Vergabestelle berechtig die Ausschreibung aufzuheben.
