Vaihtomattopalvelun toimittaminen sisältäen tuulikaapin jälkeisten tekstiilipintaisten mattojen sekä designmattojen vuokrauksen, kuljetuksen ja huollon (pesun) tilaajayksikön osoittamiin toimipaikkoihin ja noudon huoltoon sovituin vaihtovälein. Tarjouskilpailun tavoitteena on valita yksi toimittaja. Toimitusosoitteita on yhteensä noin 1800 kpl.
