Tarjouspyynnön kohteena ovat Kiipulasäätiö sr:n ja Avire Oy:n vakuutukset tämän tarjouspyynnön mukaisesti.Tytäryhtiön, Avire Oy:n vakuutusten hankintapäätökset tehdään niiden osalta erikseen. Vakuutuskokonaisuus jaetaan kahteen osaan, joista tarjoaja voi tarjota yhtä tai useampaa osaa.
