Description
The Norwegian Directorate of Health would like to secure access to the necessary equipment for vaccinations of the population for stand-by situations caused by infectious diseases, such as pandemic influenza. The Norwegian Directorate of Health is responsible for obtaining equipment for vaccinations and would therefore like to enter into a framework agreement for this, in accordance with the national contingency plan for outbreaks of serious infectious diseases. The framework agreement can also be used in other situations that require extraordinary consumption.
