Description
De Universiteit van Amsterdam (UvA) is voornemens de kantoorverdiepingen van het gebouw Science Park 904 te renoveren. Dit gebouw maakt deel uit van de Faculteit der Natuurwetenschappen, Wiskunde en Informatica (FNWI). Via deze Europese aanbesteding beoogt de UvA de volgende twee opdrachten te verstrekken: + Perceel 1: Bouwkundige werken. + Perceel 2: Technische installaties. Deze twee opdrachten omvatten het merendeel van de noodzakelijke bouwkundige en installatietechnische renovatiewerkzaamheden. Een aanvullend deel van de werkzaamheden zal o.a. in nevenaanneming plaatsvinden door opdrachtnemers van bestaande raamovereenkomsten. De opdrachtnemer van perceel 1 (bouwkundige werken) zal ook een coordinerende rol vervullen in de uitvoering van de renovatie. De kantooromgeving van het gebouw ASP904 beslaat ca. 17.000 m2. De totale renovatie vindt gefaseerd plaats in acht projectfasen over een periode van ca. 25 maanden, terwijl de rest van het gebouw in bedrijf blijft.
