Description
Riigihanke esemeks on ravimi, mis sisaldab toimeainet ustekinumab, ostmine. Riigihanke eseme täpsem kirjeldus on toodud dokumendis „Lisa 1. Tehniline kirjeldus“. Riigihanke tulemusel sõlmitakse raamleping ühe pakkujaga 36 kuuks. Raamlepingu alusel eraldi hankelepinguid ei sõlmita, vaid raamlepingu täitmine toimub tellimuste alusel. Pakkumuses esitatud ravimi ühiku hind kehtib kogu raamlepingu kehtivusajal.
