Predmet nabave su usluge održavanja postojećega AlterRisk GRC sustava (eng. GRC – Governance, Risk and Compliance) za podršku procesima upravljanja rizikom i usklađenošću za sva pridružena društva HEP Grupe i integriranoga repozitorija informacijske imovine, usluge analize utjecaja na poslovanje (BIA), usluge procjene rizika IT i OT sustava, usluge ažuriranja dokumentacije za tranziciju sa ISO 27001:2013 na ISO 27001:2022 normu te isporuka i implementacija sustava za procjenu rizika OT sustava sukladno ISA/IEC 62443 normi.
