Predmet nabave je nabava usluge zbrinjavanja odnosno preuzimanja na daljnju oporabu neopasnog otpada s pripadajućim ključnim brojem KBO 20 02 01 - biorazgradivi otpad, a sukladno Pravilniku o gospodarenju otpadom (Narodne novine, broj 106/22), a kojeg je Naručitelj prikupio na teritorijalnom području pružanja javne usluge od korisnika javne usluge prilikom obavljanja djelatnosti gospodarenja komunalnim otpadom.
